No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation, can't recommend highly enough it. Fairly clean hotel, I appreciated affable and great staff. I found the property's location handy and magnificent, adjacent to the mountains and the slopes of Vall Nord Arcalis ski station. It also was easy in the area❤

The apartment had a stunning view of the surrounding hills and fields. the helpful staff was amazing, always there for anything we needed, and made us feel very welcome. Plus, the beds were super-comfy and made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds.
The apartments are located close to a main road, and the traffic noise can be quite loud at times, so it might be challenging for people who are easily disturbed by noise. the fridge was inconveniently placed and opened the wrong way, so accessing it was quite a hassle.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. the location was perfect - close enough to the city center to easily get around, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast items that were provided, which made for a lovely start to our mornings.
While our overall stay was enjoyable, we did experience some minor issues such as a lack of maintenance on certain devices in the apartment and some noise insulation problems. the arrival process could have been smoother, as our reservation was initially mixed up.
